Today, having a way to make money online is more than just a nice-to-have. . . . It’s a survival mechanism.

Yearly freelance income now totals approximately $1 trillion dollars and Upwork is the biggest freelance marketplace of all.

And these freelance marketplace websites get UNEARTHLY amounts of web traffic.
Here’s a snapshot of Fivver’s web traffic from similarweb.com, a top online research company:

Fiverr alone gets approximately 58 million visitors a month!
The average visit to the website lasts over 22 minutes.
(Generally if people stay more than 45 seconds on a web page you are doing well).

All this, and you don’t have to spend a dollar on advertising to reach millions of employers.

You don’t have to put up a sales funnel.

In other words, it’s easy.

Of course, they are not perfect. Here are some objections I hear:

"The freelance projects on these sites don’t pay that much."

Let me repeat advice I often give:

Use these sites for what they are worth!

They are a fast and easy way to get started.
To get samples you can use to get other clients.
To find the best niche for you.
To find out what clients really want.

One thing that often happens is when you do a good job on a freelance project, the client wants you for more projects. Sometimes it becomes an ongoing client. Sometimes these clients can replace a full-time job.

And once you have some samples, nail your niche, and find out what works, you will then find it so much easier to get higher-paying clients on your own.

In other words, use these sites as STEPPINGSTONES to higher paying freelancing.

Some say they've tried but can’t get any clients on these sites.

You have to know how to work these sites to your advantage.
I have helped many get their first clients on these sites within a week or two of starting.

Getting clients quickly is a game changer. It gives you motivation, encouragement, and know-how to use these sites to get more clients.

And that changes lives . . . .
. . . You’re not dependent on an employer for all your income.
. . . If you lose your job, you’ve got a fast way to earn income.
. . . If you’re worried about your job, you can start building an independent income on the side.
. . . If you’re looking for a job, you can earn an income while you’re looking.
